We’re looking for a tech leader ready to step into a foundational role—owning systems, integrations, and strategy from the ground up. This is a solo contributor position for now, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments.
Industry Experience Highly Desired: Sales Coaching, Training, or Sales Automation.
What You’ll Do
Own the tech stack: Design and manage the full CRM and automation ecosystem.
Be a strategic partner: Collaborate directly with executive leadership to align systems with business goals.
Lead a CRM migration: Drive the transition to a new CRM platform, integrating tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe.
Make an immediate impact: From day one, your work will directly influence how we scale and operate.
What We're Looking For
5+ years in CRM administration, systems integration, and reporting.
Background in organizations focused on sales training, coaching, or sales automation.
Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe integrations.
Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and tools like Make.com or n8n.io.
Able to thrive as a team of one while building scalable systems.
