Job Title: Remote Call Center Representative

Hourly Pay: $22 – $30/hour

Job Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls, assist with account updates, password resets, or subscription adjustments

Guide callers through services or products, answer FAQs, and clarify procedures

Help customers track shipments, manage billing cycles, or adjust accounts

Log call details, outcomes, and follow-up steps in internal systems

Redirect complex issues to the appropriate support team while ensuring a smooth handoff

Stay updated on internal policies and services to provide accurate information

Qualifications:

Clear speaking voice with strong communication skills

Self-motivated and able to manage time and responsibilities independently

Comfortable with computers, navigating websites, and learning new systems

A reliable home setup with high-speed internet and a quiet workspace

Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required
