Data Analyst

FGAI has an exciting Data Analyst opportunity in the growing HVAC industry. The incumbent will strengthen our product management and development processes by leveraging data analysis and visualization to compare product specifications, track product sales, and uncover actionable insights.

What You'll Do Every Day:

Analyze product sales, inventory, and inbound data to develop insightful dashboards, collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.

Consolidate and report product sales data to AHRI and HRAI

Understand product specifications and ETL data for documents such as submittals and marketing literature.

Develop competitive product visualization tools by automating the scraping of competitive data.

Automate the upload process for product submittal on Oracle, ensuring accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Improve customer experience on the B2B storefront through data-driven updates and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored visualizations for informed decision-making.

Apply programming skills (e.g., Python, R) for automation and data scraping tasks, contributing to Fujitsu’s technological advancement.

Assumes additional duties, special projects and responsibilities as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python or R, for automation and data scraping tasks.

Familiarity with Oracle or similar ERP systems.

Knowledge of HVAC systems or electro-mechanical systems.

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent computer skills, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Ability to develop effective communication i.e. presentations, written memos, etc.

Self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in fast paced office.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written

Positive attitude and high level of commitment to exceptional customer service

Ability to work both individually and in a team environment

Education and Experience:

Recent graduate in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field.

Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred

2-3 Years of experience as a Data Analyst in a product-based company

Physical Requirements:

Report to the Addison, TX office 3 Days per week.
