Our auto tech platform powers seamless car buying—connecting customers and dealerships with flexible, fully digital financing solutions. From pre-qualification to closing a deal, we enable smarter decisioning through streaming data pipelines and enterprise-grade analytics.

What You’ll Do

Build and optimize large-scale, low-latency streaming pipelines using tools like Kafka, Flink, and Spark

Design and maintain data lakes and data warehouse integrations using Snowflake, Redshift, and S3

Write clean, modular code using Python, Scala, or Java to process and transform high-volume datasets

Develop resilient data systems with a focus on fault tolerance, observability, and cloud-native scalability

Collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to deliver meaningful data products that power user experiences

Apply CI/CD principles and partner with cyber teams to ensure data security and governance

Mentor peers and contribute to our engineering culture of experimentation and learning

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

3+ years of software or data engineering experience

Hands-on experience with Python and SQL in a production environment

Familiarity with streaming data architectures and tools like Kafka or Flink

Experience deploying cloud-native data solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years in application/data engineering using Python, Scala, or Java

2+ years with distributed data platforms like Spark, Flink, or Kafka

Experience with real-time processing and NoSQL systems (e.g., DynamoDB, OpenSearch)

Proficient in Linux shell scripting and CI/CD best practices

Experience with Snowflake or Redshift and data warehousing at scale
