Title : Sr. Data engineer-2 Positions

Location : Redmond, WA ( Remote OK but Look for local candidates, as he/she may require to go to MSFT office on need basis)

Key Responsibilities:

Work as a key contributor to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the Symphony Engine.

Collaborate closely with both senior and junior developers to ensure best practices are being followed and projects are delivered efficiently.

Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the engine.

Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency across the team.

Support the junior developers by providing guidance, mentoring, and troubleshooting assistance.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with the Symphony Engine in a timely manner.

Work with Power BI for reporting and data visualization needs, integrating it into the development pipeline as necessary.

Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving your skills and the team’s performance.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with Symphony Engine development (architect-level skills in development and design).

Strong proficiency in C# and Visual Studio for efficient development and debugging.

Hands-on experience with Service Bus for communication and messaging systems.

Expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO) for continuous integration and deployment processes.

Experience in Power BI for creating reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to aid in decision-making.

Strong understanding of software architecture, including design patterns, object-oriented principles, and SOLID principles.

Experience in mentoring or leading junior developers and working in a collaborative team environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
