What You’ll Be Doing
Connector Extraordinaire – Grow your network of clients and Centers of Influence (COIs) through referrals, events, and genuine connections.
Financial Co-Pilot – Maintain meaningful, consistent relationships with clients and help steer them toward their financial goals.
Opportunity Spotter – Identify planning gaps and collaborate with clients and their advisors to address them.
Trusted Advisor – Offer guidance across financial products, from insurance and annuities to retirement plans and tax strategies.
Market Maven – Stay sharp on industry trends, market movements, and regulatory changes.
Team Player with an Edge – Work closely with our team using a collaborative, client-first approach.
Mentor-in-the-Making – Support and mentor fellow team members who want to grow.
Regulation Rock Star – Maintain excellence with all compliance standards and internal procedures.
What You Bring to the Table
Excellent communication and people skills.
5–10 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Series 63/65 or equivalent licenses.
Life/Health General Lines Agent license.
Bonus points for CFP®, CFA, MBA, or similar credentials.
Familiarity with the EOS® Model (or a love for structured operations).
Strong understanding of SEC compliance and insurance terminology.
Experience with tools like Salesforce, Orion, and eMoney.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
Commitment to continued education and staying ahead of the curve.
