Entry Level Accountant

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our Finance team as an Entry-Level Accountant. This role is ideal for candidates with internship experience in accounting who are eager to apply their skills in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing schedules to support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification and payment processing.

Assist in bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Assist in maintaining general ledger accounts and journal entries.

Support month-end and year-end closing processes.

Conduct financial data analysis and assist in preparing reports for management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Collaborate with team members on audits and financial reviews.

Utilize accounting software to input and manage financial data.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Internship experience in accounting or finance is a plus not required

Basic knowledge of accounting principles GAAP

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, is a plus not required)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
