Network Engineer

Position Overview: The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's network infrastructure. This role requires a deep understanding of network protocols, security, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and efficiency of our network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, deploy, and manage network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.

Implement and maintain network security measures to protect data and systems.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to support network-related projects and initiatives.

Conduct regular network assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the network infrastructure remains current and secure.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, etc.) and network security principles.

Experience with network hardware and software from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet.

Proficiency in network monitoring and management tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP) are a plus.
