Job Description
This onsite support person will play a crucial role in providing technical services, as Scottsdale host company meetings for different departments, including the CEO and his executive team. As a Sr. Systems Support Specialist, provides world-class tech support to fellow employees in a complex environment that moves at a lightning-fast pace. The support specialist works within a team and independently, anticipating and responding to the needs of Frontdoor & other brands team members with technical request. Support and install approved SW/HW, diagnose complex emergent hardware and software issues, and provides ongoing support for the equipment employees use in their day-to-day work. Looking someone with communication skills and a friendly personality, ensuring fellow team members and customers of the service desk know they are in the right hands to fix their technical problems, calmly, politely and with urgency when needed. We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:

Key Qualifications:
Proven experience with the technologies listed above.
Strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing your daily schedule independently.
