Temperature and Vibration Test Technician

Job Responsibilities

HALT and HASS: Conduct HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) and HASS (Highly Accelerated Stress Screen) testing services.

Vibration Testing: Perform vibration tests on electrodynamic shaker systems.

QTP and QTR Documentation: Develop Qualification Test Procedures (QTP) and Qualification Test Reports (QTR) for testing services.

Scheduling: Coordinate equipment and testing schedules with Sales.

Installations: Support the installation of test articles in environmental chambers, vibration tables, and automated test stations.

Proposal Writing: Prepare RFI, RFQ, and RFP responses for potential customers.

Documentation: Maintain organized records for test procedures and results.

Qualifications

Skills: Strong mechanical and computer skills, with a professional and social demeanor.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Availability: Full-time commitment with immediate availability.

Preferred Experience: Background in HVAC, instrumentation, data acquisition, vibration analysis, and related fields.

Industry Experience: Candidates with experience at major testing labs are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $40 / hour
