Our client, a leader in financial services, is hiring a Solutions Architect to join their team!
**This is a 2-year W2 contract with benefits**
As the Solutions Architect, you will support the team in building a new greenfield platform as well as support the testing and monitoring for partners to ensure risk, controls, compliance, and governance.
Responsibilities:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering
Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables
Split time between leading design, implementation & software engineers
Desired Skills:
5-8+ years of Software Engineering experience and full stack Java experience
7+ years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect working on innovative, scalable, data-heavy, on-demand enterprise applications and guiding software engineers
5+ years hands-on experience working on Greenfield solutions and building tech stack and implementation strategy from scratch
5+ years with partners in Infosec, Infrastructure and Operations
5+ years of experience with all below skills:
Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Boot
Frontend: Angular
Architecture: Microservices
DevOps/Cloud: Kubernetes
Database: SQL
Process Design: Dynamic Workflows / BPM (Business Process Management)
