We’re representing a well-established Newport Beach firm with decades of success advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families in estate, tax, and trust matters.

About the Role:

This position offers the opportunity to join a sophisticated estate planning team that handles complex matters including:

Trust and estate planning for high-net-worth individuals

Business succession planning

Advanced tax strategies

Charitable giving structures

Probate and trust administration

You’ll have direct client contact, autonomy in managing your matters, and support from paralegals. The firm is looking for a true team player—someone who wants to grow with the firm and help clients preserve their legacies.

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of estate planning experience (LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is a plus)

Strong knowledge of probate and California trust law

Excellent drafting skills (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, etc.)

Ability to handle complex and high-value estate matters

A client-first mindset with a knack for building lasting relationships

Admission to the California Bar

Base Salary: $140k - $200k
