We're on the hunt for a Marketing Manager with expertise in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Segmentation strategies. You'll drive customer engagement, lead segmentation efforts and assist with email campaigns from concept to click. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we connect with our audience — crafting high-impact campaigns that drive engagement, boost loyalty, and convert fans into superfans.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Plan, build, and execute dynamic email campaigns that deliver the right message to the right person at the right time.

Test subject lines, creative layouts, and send times to continuously improve performance metrics like open rates, click-throughs, and conversion rates — and translate the insights into smarter strategies.

Develop and manage segmented email journeys that speak to different customer types and their behaviors.

Partner with creative, digital, and analytics teams to ensure content is compelling, on-brand, and delivering results.

Monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs with an eye toward continuous improvement and long-term growth.

Drive retention, loyalty, and re-engagement efforts through personalized, lifecycle-focused messaging.

Stay on top of email best practices, trends, and tools — and bring new ideas to the table regularly.

What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrated professional experience in email marketing; bonus points if you're in the sports, entertainment, or consumer brand space.

Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing, Braze, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Iterable, Mailchimp, etc.).

Hands-on experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and automation tools.

A knack for storytelling and crafting content that inspires action.

Analytical mindset — you love digging into data to uncover what’s working and what’s not.

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
