User Experience Researcher

The product that this role will support offers a combination of crypto services and cloud infrastructure aspects.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of planning and running research, collaborating with other teams to uncover insights

• Experience in qualitative research methods (e.g. in-depth interviews, heuristic evaluations, lab & remote usability testing)

• Some experience with quantitative research methodologies (e.g. surveys)

• Experience in enterprise applications is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with product teams to define research goals and identify target users

• Developing a research approach and detailed study plan

• Creating research materials including screeners, guides, and scripts

• Facilitating research sessions and analyzing/synthesizing study data, involving product partners
