Must Have Job Description:

5+ years of experience in SAP implementation projects, with a strong focus on SAP BRIM and system cutover activities.

Proven experience in leading cutover planning and execution for complex ERP migrations.

Hands-on experience with data migration and validation, preferably from legacy billing systems to SAP.

Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, data structures, and integration points.

Ability to coordinate across cross-functional teams, including business users, SAP consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Proficiency in using cutover management tools, data reconciliation techniques, and SAP data migration methodologies.

Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
