Location: Bellevue, WAAbout the role
We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong background in backend development, data warehouses, and data pipelines to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing features online end-to-end — from designing and implementing server-side logic to building and maintaining the underlying data pipelines and storage systems. You should be excited about working across backend services and data infrastructure simultaneously to deliver complete, production-ready solutions.
You will play a key role in building world-class systems for cutting-edge B2B monetization solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability across both application logic and data operations.Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable backend systems for our B2B monetization platforms.
Build and operate data pipelines and data warehouse integrations to support new product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and launch new features end-to-end.
Develop high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code and libraries for future use.
Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic where necessary.
Implement security best practices and ensure data protection strategies are in place.
Maintain and optimize database systems, data warehouses, and pipeline performance.
Document technical designs, code, system architectures, and operational practices.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in backend software development.
Hands-on experience with building and maintaining data pipelines and/or working with data warehouse technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
Strong understanding of server-side architecture, system design, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
Solid understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
Experience working with data storage systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data processing frameworks.
Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
Ability and willingness to work across both backend systems and data infrastructure as needed.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits
