Concrete Saw Operator

Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Concrete Saw Operator to join their team. This individual will be responsible for operating motorized concrete saws to cut new and existing concrete, ensuring precision and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to work independently, and at least two years of hands-on concrete experience.

Responsibilities:

Perform wet sawing of concrete surfaces, including flatwork and curbs

Cut expansion joints according to layout specifications

Operate and maintain motorized concrete saws

Ensure proper cutting depth and timing during operations

Work in all weather conditions, including nights and early mornings when needed

Assist other crew members and support general jobsite duties

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Any other duties or task that may apply

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license required

Minimum of 2 years of concrete experience

Ability to read joint layouts accurately

Capable of working unsupervised and staying motivated

Knowledge of safe sawing techniques and saw maintenance

Must be dependable, flexible with work hours, and able to work in variable weather conditions

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Some half-day Saturdays may be required)

Pay: $20 – $30 per hour (Based on experience)
