Overview:

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for an opportunity with one of our valued clients. This is a high-impact, creative role ideal for an experienced design professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work based in Nashville, TN.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the development and execution of strategic design projects across multiple platforms-digital, print, and experiential. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and reflects a strong brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creation of marketing and campaign assets, including digital ads, event collateral, and promotional materials.

Ensure all design work aligns with brand standards, business goals, and creative best practices.

Translate business objectives and creative briefs into clear, compelling design concepts.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, communications, and external vendors.

Manage multiple design projects from concept through delivery with minimal supervision.

Maintain strong file organization and adhere to production workflows.

Stay informed on design trends, technologies, and tools relevant to the industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

5-7 years of graphic design experience in a professional environment.

A strong digital portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (link required).

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven setting.
