Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.

4+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience

Ability to read installation plans/documents

Maintains and cleans work area upon completion

Good verbal and written communication skills

Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both verbally and in writing

Beginner computing skills and able to use a computer, laptop or tablet.

Valid driver's license required

Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be requiredPreferred Qualifications:

HVAC trade school certification

EPA CertificationEssential Duties/Responsibilities:

Installs heating, air conditioning, ventilation equipment, as well as other products in accordance with company requirements and manufacture specifications.

Tests systems to ensure proper functioning.

Identifies issues and follows-up with required repair to ensure all relevant components are working correctly to ensure compliance.

Completes all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner.

May perform start-up on air conditioning systems as needed.

Fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required.
