Duties
Close set appointments of prospective clients, persuasively articulate our services.
Engage creative sales strategies while following up with past appointments and clients with leads generated through various marketing efforts.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Utilize inside sales techniques to manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction.
Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
Experience with closing and digital marketing knowledge is highly desirable.
Familiarity with technology sales or related fields is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
