Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Job Type: Full Time/Direct Hire/Permanent

Shift: 1st Shift

Pay: $120-130k/yr depending on candidate experience

Essential job duties for this Warehouse Operations Manager will include:

Oversee delivery of all daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, processing flows, productivity and customer service

Develop and Implement action plans to rectify any off target KPI’s

Supervise, organize, direct and train employees to deliver high quality services, leading by example and actively engaging employees in the warehouse

Comply with policies and procedures to ensure Environmental, Health & Safety and Security requirements are met

Develop annual site operating budget and meet budget targets

We’re looking for Warehouse Operations Managers with the following background profile/skillset:

Must have 3PL or Warehouse and Distribution experience

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership role, specifically in a warehouse setting

Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Programs
