Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable forklift operator with experience operating both Reach Truck and Order Picker equipment. This dual-role position requires attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Reach Truck to move, stack, and retrieve materials in high-bay racking.

Operate an Order Picker forklift to pick orders from varying rack levels.

Read and interpret order tickets, RF scanner data, and inventory labels.

Accurately pick and stage materials for shipping or production use.

Perform daily equipment inspections and report any safety or mechanical issues.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Assist with inventory cycle counts, stock replenishment, and general warehouse duties.

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience operating Reach Truck and Order Picker forklifts.

Current forklift certification (or ability to obtain).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Comfortable working at heights when using the Order Picker.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Dependable with good attendance and punctuality.Company Description
