Sales Generation – Expand Customer Base
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territory
Build pipeline
Develop relationships within the community
Follow up on Website generated leads
Sign up and complete qualifications for local municipal bid opportunities
Sign up and complete qualifications for General Contractor new build Opportunities
Track and Manage opportunities for sales and marketing:
Follow up with estimating to ensure timely response
Track project including supply chain to ensure we are communicating schedule and expectations
Enter leads in CRM database (track in excel until live on CRM).
Build LinkedIn contacts (local) and share posts.
Add Email address to CRM for eblasts.
Add address for direct mail opportunities.
Follow up on all sales leads/opportunities to understand the opportunity.
Customer credit check
Collaborate with both Estimating (business development team) and Service Management team
throughout the project.
Conduct Site visits as required for needs assessment
Develop Project Scope and review with customer before submitting to estimating
Prepare and present proposal to customer timely
Follow up/answer questions.
Prepare and present proposals to customer.
If quote not accepted, understand why and document so we can evaluate.
Qualifications
Sales and Business Development Experience: Demonstrated experience and success in sales and
business development, preferably in a related industry. Proven ability to generate leads, build
relationships, and drive sales growth.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee and
coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in scoping project requirements,
sourcing materials, and producing accurate estimates.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to
effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams. Ability to articulate complex
information, negotiate quotes, and provide excellent customer service.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to track and analyze sales data,
