Summary: Empire Standard is seeking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing successful organization. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our wholesale customer base, promoting our product offerings, and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for the cannabis industry and experience in wholesale sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads from dispensaries, retailers, and other potential clients through outreach and building relationships.

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Marketing, Creative Logistics, and AR, to ensure client needs and satisfaction.

• Follow up with clients to collect accounts receivable and maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in the Salesforce system.

• Stay informed about industry trends, cannabis regulations, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position Empire Standard in the market and maintain a competitive edge.

• Provide clients with comprehensive product knowledge, including strain information, THC/CBD content, and packaging options.

• Process and manage client orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

• Adhere strictly to state and local cannabis regulations and all legal and company-specific policies in the cannabis industry.

• Qualifications:

• Prior sales experience, preferably in a wholesale environment or the cannabis industry.

• A deep understanding of cannabis products, market trends, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales analytics tools.

Compensation

Base salary: $64,500-$75,000 plus commission!
