Production Operator

Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent plastics manufacturer in the Buena Vista, VA area, is seeking production operators and machine operators to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility offering a wide range of perks such as full benefits, 401K, and profit sharing!

Production Operator Job Summary:

· Pay: $13-14 an hour

· Shifts Available:

o 1st Shift: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

o 2nd Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm

o 3rd Shift: 11:00 pm to 7:30 am

· Operate various forms of production equipment

· Perform basic quality checks on finished product

· Meet production goals

· Adhere to proper production processes

· Follow all safety and machine safety guidelines

Production Operator Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or GED is required

· Previous production operator or machine operator experience is preferred

· Must be able to stand for long periods of time

· Must be able to lift up-to 40 lbs. repeatedly

· Previous manufacturing experience is preferred
