Hourly: $22-$24 plus monthly bonus

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to promote and sell our products to retailers in the region. This role focuses on growing our customer base, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through in-person visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage your own daily route, prioritizing store visits strategically while promoting products and closing sales

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with retailers by visiting stores in person during daily route travel

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

Meet or exceed sales targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM software

Provide product education and support to customers as needed

Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies for territory growth

Qualifications:

Required: 2 years of B2B sales experience

Required: 2 years of experience in a route sales role

Required: experience in beverage sales

Preferred: experience in the alcohol, tobacco, and/or vape industry

Sales ability with an assertive, positive, and persistent style

Ability to self-source your own leads through networking and research

Ability to work independently and manage a fast-paced and high-volume workload

Valid Driver's License
