Job Description

This is an oil and gas service company that works on call on locations west of Jal, NM down to Pecos, TX doing hot shots, rigging up hydraulic lines on frac locations, and hydro testing water lines. Employees will need to live local to the Odessa area and be available to get to the shop for jobs where they'll be provided with a work truck and all tools to get to job locations and the work being done. Hourly rate will depend on the employees reliability, how quickly they learn and pickup the job tasks and requirements for the different jobs, as well as getting along with other employees and being professional on jobsites. Employees will be paid from the time they leave the shop in Odessa until the time they get back. MUST have reliable transportation to get to shop for jobs that call out at any time, that includes the middle of nights sometimes and will also need to answer their phone and be available for jobs and if need days off give an advanced notice. New hires will be started out on a probationary period and raises and hourly rate will be dependent on how fast you pickup the work and learn the work we do and how reliable you are. Pay range is startiing pay and will be based off individuals experience. MUST HAVE A CLEAN AND CLEAR DRIVING RECORD!
