Responsibilities
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
Provide first-level support for IT-related queries and incidents.
Help in setting up and configuring computer systems and peripherals.
Document technical issues and solutions in a ticketing system.
Support the IT team in maintaining and updating inventory records.
Participate in routine system maintenance and updates.
Assist in network troubleshooting and connectivity issues.
Support the installation and configuration of software applications.
Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT tools and systems.
Ensure adherence to IT security protocols and guidelines.
Provide support in the deployment of new technology projects or upgrades.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic understanding of computer systems, hardware, and software
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Customer service-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals
