The Opportunity
Are you an experienced Mutual Fund Wholesaler with valuable financial advisor relationships considering the next step in your career? If so, we could have a compelling opportunity for you.
Piedmont Capital Distributors is currently expanding its sales team in select regions nationwide, and seeking experienced mutual fund Wholesaler, Regional Directors with active financial advisor relationships at broker-dealer firms that ideally would include: MSWM, Merrill Lynch, Wells Fargo Advisors, Oppenheimer, RBC, Stifel, and LPL. The candidates’ key objective will be to maximize sales of Piedmont’s strategic partners’ retail mutual fund products with financial advisors at these broker-dealer firms.
Also, it is assumed that candidates will be appropriately FINRA licensed for ’40 Act, mutual fund product distribution, i.e., Series 6 or 7; and Series 63 or 66.
In addition to the generally acknowledged skillsets and accomplishments of experienced wholesaler professionals, each candidate must have the capacity to excel within a 1099 business model, and eager to financially benefit from an uncapped, sales-based compensation plan.

Our team of Wholesaler, Regional Directors has raised assets for a wide-ranging line up of mutual funds from a select group of such asset managers since Piedmont commenced business operations in 2010.
