Job description:

Report directly to the Division Leader. Ensure all employees are performing their assigned task in a timely manner to ensure our customers receive the best service available.

Essential Functions:

• Lead team of 15-20 people.

• Responsible for all operations of the car wash including: basic maintenance of equipment, scheduling,

preparing daily reports while following all company procedures.

• Monitor and maintain accurate store inventory and supplies levels. Place and receive correct orders of supplies

within wash.

• Keep car wash and parking lot clean, well-stocked, organized and safe.

• Accountable for balancing, logging and reporting deposits, invoices and coupons.

• Interview, hire and review employees following established company guidelines. Observe employee

performance and correct and discipline, as needed. Perform necessary verbal and written warnings.

• Protect the assets of the company.

Non-Essential Functions:

• Assist customers in resolving concerns in a cheerful and helpful manner.

• Wear appropriate uniform, footwear, name tag and maintain cleanliness of the uniform.

• Must be able to work as an integral part of a team, training, assisting and communicating effectively with co-

workers and customers.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be able to work weekends. Must be capable of leading 15-20 employees in a fast-paced business environment. Be self-motivated, organized, maintain a positive attitude and professional behavior when interacting with customers and co-workers. Must be high energy and have a great work ethic. Must be able to walk, stoop, bend and stand for a long period of time during his or her shift in extreme temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have a valid drivers license.
