The Role: As theHead of Leasing and Lettings, you will take full ownership of the commercial leasing strategy for aprime mixed:use asset, comprising: : 7 floors of premium office space : 6 high:spec retail/leisure units : A flagship rooftop restaurant You will be responsible for: 10004;End:to:end leasing strategy: from marketing and viewings to negotiations and deal completion 10004;Tenant acquisition and retention: ensuring optimal tenant mix and 100 occupancy 10004;Financial performance: structuring rent:free periods, incentives, and lease terms to maximize ROI 10004;Stakeholder management: liaising with landlords, investors, and operational teams 10004;Project oversight: coordinating with marketing, legal, and property management teams Ideal Candidate Profile: 9989;Proven track recordincommercial leasing, ideally withlarge:scale developments 9989; Strongfinancial acumen: understanding of asset performance, lease structuring, and rent incentives 9989; Exceptionalnegotiation skills: able to secure high:value, long:term tenancies 9989; Experience withF and B/restaurant leasing(advantageous for the rooftop unit) 9989; Strategic, results:driven mindset with the ability to work at pace Why This Role?
