Job Description

Responsibilities for the Project Manager - Ground Up Commercial Construction role in Los Angeles:

Oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance.

Manage project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

Develop project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Identify and resolve project challenges proactively. The Successful Applicant

A successfulProject Manager - Ground Up Commercial Construction in Los Angeles:

5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.

Proven experience in building and construction with commercial projects

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation.
