Overview

This position is contingent upon award of contract

SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Project Manager (PM) to support a US Government Client. The PM will lead a team of 25-50 individuals to execute Client-driven workflows.

Essential Job Duties

Manages and retains full responsibility for the performance of assigned work including cost, schedule, performance, and quality.

Functions as the customer’s primary point of contact for all activities, including receiving taskings, delegating to the team, and ensuring timely and quality response.

Translate and convey Client substantive priorities and mission for the team.

Manages a team of linguists/translators, ensuring quality research and translations.

Minimum Requirements

Active in scope TS/SCI Clearance.

Bachelor’s degree.

10 years of relevant experience, including managing linguists/translators, OSINT, and machine translation tools.

5 years of experience with projects of similar size and scope.

Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word.

Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to engage collaboratively and effectively in a virtual environment within a diverse team.

Strong time and task management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting the Intelligence Community (IC).

Experience with machine translation tools and workflows.

Work Environment

Candidates must be US-based.
