Healthcare Construction Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects from inception to completion. This role is responsible for managing project scope, coordinating resources and subcontractors, developing schedules, maintaining client communication, supporting on-site superintendents, and ensuring projects stay on budget and on time. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget.

Coordinate materials, labor, and subcontractor resources to ensure timely project execution.

Serve as the primary liaison between the company, clients, and subcontractors.

Collaborate with job-site superintendents to monitor progress and resolve issues.

Maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

Assist in contract negotiations and change order management.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including plans, permits, and submittals.

Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on project status.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of construction project management experience.

Experience in school facility construction is a plus, but not required.

Strong written, verbal, and email communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities in a deadline-driven environment.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Familiarity with local subcontractors and ability to source and vet new partners.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project.

Experience with Procore is a plus.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Must be able to provide a minimum of 3 job-related references.
