Summary

Altus Biologics is dedicated to every client and patient through its management of the administrative aspects of our physician's biologic therapy practices. Our clinical professionals and administration staff are experienced and achieve desired results. This role is designed to provide essential support across multiple companies, including Hill Country Pharmacy, Altus Biologics, and Remedy GPO. The successful candidate will play a critical role in assisting with operations, services, and projects for all three organizations. The primary focus will be on fostering collaboration, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the specific needs of each company.

The Director of Project & Strategic Management will serve as an individual contributor; however, as the department and the organization continues to expand and evolve, there may be future opportunities for advancement into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Create and lead interdepartmental plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications.

Break down projects into tasks, allocate resources, and delegate responsibilities for smooth execution.

Work across teams to align multiple projects with organizational goals and assist in managing them to meet deadlines.

Document project processes, contribute to process improvement based on feedback, and ensure consistency for future reference.

Conduct cost analysis, prepare budgets, and ensure projects stay within budget while managing risks of cost overruns.

Develop detailed strategic analyses, prepare business cases, perform business intelligence research toward long term opportunities that provide competitive advantage

Develop clearly defined objectives and plans and present findings and recommendations through all levels of the organization internally as well as externally

Identify and assess project risks, provide mitigation recommendations, and manage change across the organization to adapt to shifting priorities.

Serve as a liaison between the company, customers, and vendors, ensuring effective communication and successful project outcomes.

Support leadership in communicating project milestones, challenges, and overall progress to stakeholders.

Contribute to product strategy discussions, ensuring alignment between project execution and product development goals.

Manage the performance to existing products and bring to market new products

Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices throughout the project lifecycle while managing all project details to ensure success. Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related field
