This position is based on-site in the Greater Seattle Area.
Sono Bello is the largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery practice in the nation—with 100+ locations and over 300,000 procedures performed. We're seeking a sales-minded, driven Corporate Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Team and support our continued national growth.
In this role, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for sales and leadership positions, partner with executives and Area Leaders, and ensure a top-tier candidate experience from first call to close.
What you'll do:
Screen applicants, source passive candidates and manage the interview process
Build strong relationships with hiring leaders and collaborate to fill key sales roles nationally
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to manage pipelines
Represent the Sono Bello brand online and at in-person events
Help drive results by finding top talent who align with our mission

You're based in the greater Seattle area and available for a hybrid schedule (Mon/Tue/Thu in office in Bellevue; Wed/Fri remote)
Requirements:
Proven recruiting experience preferably in the sales industry and/or a track record of success in a consultative sales position.
Have worked at least one year in sales selling products or services.
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years aesthetics sales or recruiting experience.
In order to be eligible for this position, you must live in the greater Seattle area.
Schedule: This position will be hybrid remote (Mon/Tue/Thur at our office in Bellevue, WA, Wed/Fri remote)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and UltiPro is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits package:
The compensation range for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00, depending on experience.

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future.
