DESCRIPTION
Circadia Project Managers are highly organized multi-taskers who are passionate about the Client Experience. They are assertive yet accommodating, and stay focused on minimizing Client disruptions and downtime. To excel in this role, you should be results-oriented, an effective and proactive communicator, and be able to think critically and creatively to solve problems. You balance your time between the office and field and are comfortable and confident with Clients, Sub-Contractors, and Installers. You drive project schedules, align resources, manage client expectations, and respond quickly to opportunities for new business.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
Manage (plan, budget, oversee and document) multiple projects simultaneously while providing an exceptional client experience and meeting or beating budget and schedule. Project types include: Furniture Installations; Office and Personnel Moves; System Reconfigurations; Inventories and/or Decommissions)
Enforce a culture of safety and quality
RESPONSIBILITIES
Become the single point of contact with client for project-related communications
Monitor workflow including manpower required to meet installation completion dates and track costs against budget
Proactively communicate throughout the project and disseminate status and critical information to clients and project team
Meet with internal and external stakeholders to establish scope, schedule, order and arrival dates and project sequence
Check specifications prints to verify product counts, structural integrity and areas that may require field measurements
Coordinate kick-off / pre-install meetings and attend construction meetings
Work with Account Coordinator and Installation teams to perform, order and complete punch lists
Create and enforce project schedules, phasing plans, and move timelines
SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Understand how budget, profit and labor estimates fit into the project management process
Ability to Identify creative solutions and remove roadblocks to achieve exceptional results
Strong leadership skills in managing installation crews and handling onsite challenges
Desire to collaborate with Team Members and build lasting relationships with Clients
EXPERIENCE
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Google Sheets and scheduling software or concepts
Experience with AutoCAD, CET or other drawing/design software helpful
Experience with systems furniture, installation, FF&E, facility management or relocation services desirable
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction and architectural plans/drawings
EDUCATION
Degree or Certificate in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
