Highlights:

4 ten hour shifts per week

First Shift : Monday - Thursday 5:00 am to 3:00 pm

Friday shift is considered overtime (time and half) after 40 hours and will be opened up depending on production schedule.

As a CNC Fabricator, you will be operating on of our computer-controlled machine in the Sheet Metal Department. The sheet metal department consists of several CNC sheetmetal bending machines, fiber laser cutting machines, and T5000 cutting machines. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to kickstart their manufacturing journey in a clean, organized, and growth-focused workplace while performing the following duties:

Operate CNC machinery to produce sheet metal components across multiple product lines.

Perform tasks according to the daily production schedule and standard work instructions.

Use basic CNC controls and quality check tools to ensure a defect-free product.

Maintain equipment and tools and keep work areas clean and organized.

Collaborate with supervisors and peers to ensure quality standards are met.

Identify and help resolve quality and production issues.

Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) initiatives like 5S, RCA, and Lean tools.

Participate in strategic company goals and training opportunities.

Compensation for this position includes a competitive base salary and quarterly uncapped profit based bonus plan tied to company goals and profitability. CAS offers competitive medical, dental, vision insurance; paid time off; paid holidays; and a 401k plan.

Requirements

Preferably a High School Diploma or GED

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Basic understanding of CNC machine operation (preferred)

Ability to use measurement tools and follow technical instructions

Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment

Basic computer literacy (Office Suite, ERP systems experience a plus)

No prior experience required — we provide training!
