Design & develop state-of-the-art high-efficiency commissary bakeries.

Identify, test, and implement cutting-edge commissary and bakery technology

Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, culinary, and leadership to align production with demand.

Implement and monitor SOPs

Implement hub & spoke delivery logistics.

Improve efficiency, reduce waste, and scale output.

Oversee bakery production, commissary operations, and shift scheduling.

Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FDA, local regulations).

Track and report KPIs (labor %, yield, downtime, etc.) to drive continuous improvement.

Maintain and troubleshoot equipment and oversee preventative maintenance programs. Ideal Candidate Profile

8+ years of experience in commissary food manufacturing or commercial baking leadership.

Located in or weekly travel to St. George, UT for the first 12 months

Deep knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, and production best practices.

Strong operational and process mindset with the ability to scale systems.

Track record of leading and developing frontline and supervisory teams.

Data-driven decision maker with experience using KPIs to optimize performance.
