Job Description

Rate: $65/h USD

2 opening

Start date: ASAP

Remote in US, EST time zone preferred

Duration: 6 months with extension

40 hours per week

EST time zone shift

Interviews: General interview with me for 20-30 minutes; Technical/Project interview by E for 1.5 hours; 2 Client interviews.

ITOM and ITAM certificates - must haves

Good communication skills because will work directly with the stakeholders.

We are building the following capabilities using Service Now in 2025-2026:

Hardware Asset Management.

Software Asset Management.

App portfolio management.

GenAI.

SecOps.

Client already implemented SNOW 2 years ago

Implemented ITSM.

CMDB data clean up is needed.

Skills and qualifications:

CSA

CIS-Discovery

CIS-Service Mapping

Can speak to and navigate the CSDM

Proficient in flow designer

Can create basic and advanced business rules

Can speak to the difference between related CIs and referenced CIs

Can speak to a handful of basic use cases for configuration items in ITIL processes

Can describe the difference between discoverable and non-discoverable attributes

Can speak to where in the ServiceNow platform we define the rules for which CIs create assets and which CIs do not

Bonus:

Has exposure to Digital Portfolio Management (DPM) sufficient that they understand how portfolios and portfolio taxonomy is created and managed

Exposure to Service Builder for creating and managing offerings

Agent Client Collector and MID server web socket endpoint management
