Job Title: Senior Analyst – Product Owner (Adobe Experience Platform)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Rate: $50–$55/hr on W-2 (No C2C or third-party candidates)

Required Experience & Skills:
4–6 years in product management, preferably within a marketing technology environment
Hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Platform
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and engineering
Strong planning, execution, and strategic thinking capabilities
Able to write and prioritize product backlogs, capabilities, epics, and user stories
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
Experience with digital experience survey platforms
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence
Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Product Management:
Lead and optimize Adobe Experience Platform, prioritize features, and manage product backlog.
Roadmap Development:
Create and maintain a detailed roadmap of marketing platform enhancements and updates.
Survey Platform Management:
Handle intake and operation of the survey platform and integrate it with marketing initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Translate business requirements into technical specs and actionable work items for engineering teams.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate project status, collect requirements, and ensure alignment across departments.
Performance Monitoring:
Analyze platform performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement enhancements.
