Local, family-owned home care provider seeking self-driven, independent Occupational Therapist for East Metro (Roseville, Cottage Grove, Stillwater, Forest Lake).

Full-time, salaried position (32 or 40 hrs/week), competitive pay ($86K-$95K), benefits eligible.

Responsibilities: Deliver home care occupational therapy, case management, supervise OT Assistants, document accurately, promote OT services in the community.

Requirements: Accredited OT degree, MN OT license, 2 years home care experience, CPR certification, reliable transportation, technological proficiency.
