Speech/Language Pathology Assistant

Seeking a hospice physician to lead a team delivering home-based palliative care, impacting patients and families.

Consult with patients, families, and healthcare teams on quality care, pain, and symptom management.

Evaluate and certify terminal prognosis for admissions and recertifications.

Serve on the Professional Advisory Committee.

Provide education to healthcare professionals and promote hospice services.

Assist with complex clinical issues via in-person or phone consults.

Requires MD/DO degree, active medical license, hospital staff membership, CPR certification, driver's license, and reliable transportation. Board certification in hospice care preferred. Equal opportunity employer.
