Physical Therapist (PT)

Seeking an enthusiastic LPN or Certified/Registered MA for a Rapid Clinic role (.5-.75 FTE, days/evenings, every other weekend).

Duties include patient care delivery, focused assessments, collecting health data, administering medications, updating EMRs, assisting with care plans, supervising/supporting team members, and providing patient education.

Requires current relevant state licensure/certification and BLS (within 2 months).

Ambulatory care experience preferred.
