The Sr. IT Manager will support the development and execute Massa Products' IT strategy, including managing the company's modernization of computing environments and use of cloud infrastructure and leading the Cyber Security and Information Assurance (IA) program for Massa Products' unclassified and classified information systems. The individual will work closely with our executive team on critical systems, cybersecurity, mission-critical production, and ongoing compliance and will coordinate with and manage all IT vendors and services while supporting strategic business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to): Plans, coordinates, and implements voice and data technology strategies, including performing software and application development, installation, and upgrades.

Provides support and technical assistance, investigates user problems, identifies causes, determines solutions, tests, and implements solutions for end-users on computer-related matters.

Recommends the selection and acquisition of hardware, software, and IT-related services and equipment.

Develops and administers instructions and/or conducts training for system users on operating systems, relational databases, and other applications; assists users in maximizing the use of networks and computing systems.

. Will be the company's point of contact for all computer-based operating systems and programs (e.g. ERP, SalesForce, JIRA, etc).

Assists in maintaining backup/restore and disaster recovery preparedness.

Troubleshoots networks, systems, and applications to identify and correct malfunctions and other operational difficulties.

Maintains proficiency in all relevant hardware and software technologies.

Maintains confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored, or accessed by the network.

Documents network problems and resolutions for future reference.

Installs computer hardware and cabling to support new users and/or systems.

Maintains the inventory of all installed and spare hardware; maintains an inventory of all software.

Assist and support necessary compliance activities (e.g., ensure that cyber system security configurations guidelines are followed, compliance monitoring occurs).

Continuously validate the organization against cybersecurity policies/guidelines/procedures/regulations/laws to ensure compliance.

Ensure that plans of actions and milestones or remediation plans are in place for vulnerabilities identified during risk assessments, audits, inspections, etc.

Recognize a possible security violation and take appropriate action to report the incident, as required.

Lead and align information technology (IT) security priorities with the security strategy.

Provide information security support to government programs, various lines of business within the company as needed. Education and Experience: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in computer science or other job-related fields, plus five years of experience planning, designing, developing, implementing, evaluating, and maintaining information technology systems; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Possess a DoD 8570.01-M IAM I baseline certification (e.g. CompTIA Security+).

Experience as an ISSO, ISSE, or ISSM implementing DCSA Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), NIST 800-53 / Risk Management Framework (RMF), and/or Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC)/NIST SP 800-171 requirements.

Experience with the security and/or networking requirements of SIPRNET, JWICS, etc.
