About the Role The Unit Manager RN/LPN at Solarbron Terrace plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of the nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care.

This position involves managing a team of nursing staff, coordinating patient care plans, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

The Unit Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive environment for both staff and residents, promoting teamwork and effective communication.

Additionally, this role requires regular assessment of patient needs and the implementation of appropriate interventions to enhance their well-being.

Ultimately, the Unit Manager is dedicated to improving the overall health outcomes of residents while supporting the professional development of the nursing team.

Job Responsibilities * Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on resident assessments.

* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to meet changing needs.

* Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

* Conduct regular staff meetings to promote communication and address any concerns.

Minimum Qualifications * Current RN or LPN license in the state of Indiana.

* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

* Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
