Greenwood Health and Living is now hiring a Full time Resource Licensed Practical Nurse.

The schedule is Monday thru Friday Days or Evening shift available.

About the Role The Resource Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Greenwood Health and Living plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and compassionate environment.

This position is responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and providing education to patients and their families.

The LPN will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that all aspects of patient care are addressed effectively.

By maintaining accurate patient records and monitoring vital signs, the LPN contributes to the overall health and well-being of residents.

Job Responsibilities * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.

* Conduct patient assessments and document findings in electronic health records.

* Provide wound care and assist with daily living activities to ensure patient comfort.

* Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.

* Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Minimum Qualifications * Current and valid Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse.

* Proven experience in patient care, particularly in a long-term care setting.

* Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Preferred Qualifications * Certification in wound care management.

* Experience in patient education and health promotion.

* Bilingual skills to enhance communication with diverse patient populations.
