Senior Full Stack Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate has worked in the healthcare industry, understands regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA), and is capable of leading full-stack development efforts across modern front-end and back-end technologies.Key Responsibilities:

Develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications with modern frameworks and cloud infrastructure.

Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with healthcare systems, EMRs/EHRs, or third-party services.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality solutions.

Ensure all systems comply with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITRUST, and data privacy standards.

Write clean, maintainable code and perform regular code reviews.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across the stack.

Participate in architectural planning and lead implementation of new features and services.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of professional experience in software development.

Proven expertise with both front-end (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) and back-end (e.g., Java, Node.js, .NET, Spring Boot) technologies.

Strong experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).

Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and system integration.

Experience working in the healthcare industry with knowledge of HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, or EHR platforms.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
