What You'll be Doing:

Analyzing RFPs to create comprehensive and customized estimate packages

Performing takeoffs and coordinating with vendors/subcontractors for quotes

Collaborating with project managers and operations to align manpower, materials, and equipment needs

Leveraging estimating software to produce cost-effective, detailed bids

Ensuring all proposals meet client specifications and industry standards

Attending occasional client or site meetings to support estimate development

Who We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in estimating or construction management

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Familiarity with medium/high voltage electrical systems, substations, or transmission lines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with industry-standard estimating or project management tools (e.g., Procore, HCSS, MS Project, Primavera)

Excellent communication and critical thinking skills

Willingness to travel up to 25% for meetings and site visits
