Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in a mission-driven health technology company. You’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support internal financial processes, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to business insights that guide strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modeling & Reporting: Assist in preparing forecasts, budgets, and monthly reports

Data Analysis: Analyze key financial data, trends, and performance indicators to support decision-making

Operational Support: Contribute to accounts receivable/payable tracking and financial recordkeeping

Audit & Compliance: Help ensure records meet internal policies and assist with audit preparation

Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research on market trends, industry benchmarks, and investment opportunitiesRequirements:

What You Bring

Required:

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial modeling or reporting tools

Basic understanding of GAAP and financial reporting concepts

Strong organizational and communication skills

Bonus points if you have:

Experience working with financial statements or budgeting processes

Familiarity with accounting software or platforms

Interest in healthcare, technology, or mission-driven organizations
